Overview
Agentech Assistant is our flagship product: a production-grade, multi-tenant Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) platform — Custom AI Chatbot as a Service. A business subscribes, uploads its own data (PDFs, Office docs, spreadsheets, live URLs, pasted text, images, audio), and gets a customizable chat widget or API keys that answer strictly from that business's own documents, with citations.
The Challenge
Businesses drown in repetitive support questions while their knowledge sits locked in static PDFs and web pages. Generic chatbots hallucinate and can't be trusted with company-specific facts — and any multi-tenant solution has to guarantee that one client's data can never leak into another's.
Our Approach
- 01
Architect
Designed a modular monolith (Spring Modulith) with defence-in-layers tenant isolation: application-level tenant context, Postgres Row-Level Security, and per-tenant vector isolation.

Ingest
Built an async, Postgres-backed job queue that extracts, chunks, and embeds any source — documents, spreadsheets, re-fetchable URLs, pasted text, images, and audio.

Retrieve & Answer
Streaming answers grounded in each tenant's own corpus, cited, and delivered in an AI-generated per-tenant persona voice.

Meter & Bill
Real-token metering behind a simple 'messages' model, with subscription pools, prepaid bundles, and a super-admin back-office for offline payments.
AIAI & Automation
Retrieval-Augmented Generation over each tenant's private corpus: a question retrieves the top-k relevant chunks for that tenant only, then streams a grounded, cited answer in the tenant's persona voice. Ingestion spans text, structured data, live web pages, images (vision), and audio (transcription). Hard tenant isolation is enforced at the application, database (Row-Level Security), and vector-store layers — one client's data can never leak into another's.
