Biznavi

Overview

Biznavi is a corporate work-solution platform for small and mid-size Korean companies, bundling 100+ tools — meeting rooms, boards, approvals, to-dos, expense statistics, business-data search, and project collaboration rooms — into a single mobile app. Beyond hands-on Flutter work, this project was a tech-lead role: running the mobile team, coordinating backend and design, and owning delivery.

The Challenge

An enterprise client on the other side of the world, a dense feature surface, and pixel-perfect design expectations — delivered by a team that needed clear standards and tight cross-functional coordination between Korean stakeholders and the development team.

Our Approach

   Lead

   Acted as Tech Lead: led the Flutter team, reviewed code, set implementation standards, and managed feature delivery and cross-team communication.

2. 02

   Coordinate

   Worked closely with backend developers and UI/UX designers, participating in technical planning and architecture decisions.

3. 03

   Deliver

   Shipped a pixel-perfect, performance-optimized app with secure API integration across the full HR workflow surface.
