Overview
Taqseet is a business utility for Egyptian merchants who sell on installments: manage client records and payment schedules, run multiple branches with per-branch interfaces, track collected versus outstanding amounts, and monitor sales statistics — with subscription packages and a free trial. The engagement covered the entire product: backend, database, deployment, and the Android client.
The Challenge
One small team had to deliver a complete product across multiple stacks — a reliable installment-calculation engine and merchant workflows on the backend, and a simple Arabic-first app that shop owners with no technical background could run their business on.

Directed a cross-functional team as the primary liaison between UI/UX design, backend, and mobile development.

Built the backend on C#/.NET with Entity Framework and MSSQL, deployed via SmarterASP.
