MDone connects patients with doctors across Iraq: map-based doctor discovery, specialty browsing, appointment booking, doctor-patient chat, and voice consultations — plus a secretary-facing dashboard with booking statistics. The work centered on building responsive, reliable flows for medical use cases where a dropped call or a lost booking has real consequences.
The Challenge
Medical consultations demand reliability that consumer apps can shrug off: booking flows must be airtight, and real-time voice calls have to hold up on Iraqi mobile networks.
