NovaMind — Career Guidance Platform

Overview

NovaMind is the career-guidance brand of Hala Kershah, a healthcare leader with 13+ years of hiring, managing and leading teams across the US and the UAE, and a social community of more than 350,000 people. We built the platform it runs on: a bilingual website for her consultations, CV packages, workshops and corporate training; an events section where people reserve a seat at live sessions; a free career toolkit of downloadable templates; and an enquiry form — all published from a team dashboard, so the NovaMind team updates the site without a developer.

The Challenge

Hala's advice reached hundreds of thousands of people on social media, but there was no single place to turn that audience into clients, event attendees and subscribers. The platform had to read naturally in both Arabic and English, let a non-technical team change services, events and resources themselves, and be built to carry the AI product that comes next.

Our Approach

1. 01

   Build the foundation

A modular Spring Boot backend that serves every page's content, events, resources and enquiries — designed from day one to host the AI product that follows.

2. 02

   Ship the site

A fast Next.js website in Arabic and English, laid out right-to-left and left-to-right, checked on phone, tablet and desktop in both directions.

3. 03

   Hand over the controls

A team dashboard where NovaMind edits services, publishes events, manages reservations and adds toolkit resources, with changes going live on the site straight away.
